We were at the Marlene Meyerson JCC Manhattan’s free fitness fair over the weekend — both in-person and online! In the JCC lobby, Chef Brandy Cochrane demoed an Israeli salad with a garbanzo bean “feta” while Wendy Sax, Nicole Scholet, and Sergio Villavicencio talked to community members. Chef Carole Levy was also featured in the fair’s virtual series, preparing a lemony chickpea soup and healthy wraps.

Join us for Chef Carole’s next livestream demo on Sunday, February 4th! Sign up here for a reminder and advance recipes.
