Let’s move! Discover a workout designed to help you improve strength, bone health, day-to-day mobility, and overall fitness. Created with older adults in mind, including beginners and those managing chronic conditions, this guided virtual workout features a series of basic total-body exercises.
Plant-powered wellness practitioner Angela Fischetti will focus on compound movements that engage large muscle groups and multiple joints. Through eight dynamic exercises, you’ll be invited to build strength at your own pace, with options to use weights or just your body’s natural resistance. Angela will cover over a dozen chronic health concerns during the livestream and will guide you to prevent injuries as you work out.
Angela will also introduce sets of exercises for those who are more seasoned at strength training, and she’ll conclude with a Q&A session where you can ask her about health concerns and exercise safety.

Brooklyn-born Angela Fischetti combines over three decades of experience in physical fitness, yoga instruction, and massage therapy, specializing in outreach to older adults with a focus on empathetic and research-backed strength training.
