Join us for this opportunity to hear from Robert Cheeke, author of five books about the intersection of eating plant-based and bodybuilding, including co-authoring the New York Times bestseller The Plant-Based Athlete. Often referred to as the “Godfather of Vegan Bodybuilding,” Cheeke’s personal story is a transformation from a skinny farm kid to champion vegan bodybuilder.
He is a regular contributor to Forks Over Knives, The Center for Nutrition Studies, Plant Powered Athlete, Vegan Strong, and No Meat Athlete, and has followed a plant-based diet for more than 28 years.
