Get serious about your health this June as Plant Powered Metro New York marks Men’s Health Month with a special Food for Life class series — designed for men and the people who love them! Over three virtual sessions, our instructors will introduce you to evidence-based nutrition for healthy hearts, blood pressure, and sexual wellness. You’ll watch cooking demos and take away recipes that are simple and easy to prepare, to help you make day-to-day changes for a healthier and longer life.
Sign up for 1, 2, or all 3 classes! Sessions will take place on select Sundays in June from 4:00 - 5:30 PM ET via Zoom:

Food for Life is an award-winning curriculum created by the Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine and presented by PPMNY. Our instructors for the series are Richard Bassin, Robert Klein, Jim Spellos, and Anthony Spino.
