5K Plant Powered Walk: Bergen County, NJ

No matter your fitness experience, put on your walking shoes for an energetic trek with Plant Powered Metro New York! You’ll meet a community of wellness-minded people who are passionate about the ways that food and movement can improve our lives. 

This 5K walk will take place in Pascack Brook County Park, meeting up by the playground across from the pond, at 9:30 AM to mingle and stretch, and led by Vivian Davis, PPMNY Lifestyle Mentor. The group will depart by 10 AM, so please be on time!

Please register by noon on Friday, September 22, so we can communicate with you in the event of inclement weather. In case of heavy rain or storms, the walk will be moved to Sunday, September 24.
