Health Freedom Walk: A South Bronx Tour & Tasting Honoring Dr. King

Celebrate the work and life of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. as we experience how nutritious food gives rise to hope, healing, and health equality.

Join our walk to these South Bronx eateries where their chefs have, in partnership with PPMNY, curated these delicious dishes just for MLK Day:

• Chocobar Cortes: Oyster Mushroom Empanadas, or Garden Sandwich
• 787 Coffee: Mazapaza Oat Latte

The walk begins at Martin Luther King Triangle, located at the intersection of Austin Place and E 149th St.

A $5 donation to PPMNY is required to hold your spot. Participants will pay $5-10 at each restaurant, and you may add on from their regular menus as you wish.
